Hannah’s Signature Treatment
This is the ultimate self care treatment. In the 90 minute treatment starting kneading out all the tension, using a blend of long flowing strokes and a slower stronger movement to work right into the deeper layers of muscles. This is a blend of the many skills I have learned over the last 10 years working with clients. It is a treatment that is tailored to your body, where you hold tension and what is your ideal type of treatment.
1 hr focused treatment
This is 60 minutes focused on your problem area. This focused time allows us to gently smooth out muscular tightness that has build up over and extended period of time. This hour can be spent on one area like deep tissue on the back, neck and shoulders. Allowing a whole hour to an area gives time for the body to relax and to release long held stiffness.
Lomi Lomi Nui
This style of massage has been called the Rolls Royce of massage. It is a full body massage lasting between 90 and 120 minutes. It is deeply relaxing, blending intuitive bodywork, ancient music and breath work. This approach treats the body, mind and soul reconnecting and realigning in a sacred way.
During my facials my main intention is always to nourish the skin, using gentle products to cleanse the skin I then use coconut oil to massage the shoulders neck and face. This super nutrient dense oil I find suits almost every skin, encouraging brighter and fresher skin.
Facial can be added to previously listed treatments for an extra indulgent treat within 30 min or booked on its own as a 60 min treatment.
Reflexology is the holistic understanding, treating points and areas in the feet that relate to corresponding parts of the body. Using precise hand and finger techniques, it may improve circulation, induce relaxation and enable homeostasis. This encourages the your own healing systems to be activated to maintain wellbeing.
Reflexology generally lasts 45-60 min and is recommended to do a course of treatments for long lasting results.
